I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. I have also completed courses in American Law (in collaboration with the University of Florida) and English and European Law (in collaboration with the University of Cambridge).
Since 2009 I have been cooperating with many Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, implementing their business strategies. I have participated in numerous projects at their every stage: I have taken part ina due diligence, co-drafted and negotiated transaction documentation, advised on closing the transaction and at the post-transaction stage.
I consider the most interesting professional experiences to be the cooperation with one of the oldest international law firm and with an international developer implementing projects in Cape Verde.
In 2017, I obtained the title of attorney.
I have been cooperating with Popowski Advisory for over 3 years. I specialise in providing legal advice to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs on cross-border trade issues, commercial contract law, corporate law, real estate law.
I advise in Polish and English. Privately, I am interested in the culture of African countries.
